Luke King, Founder

With over 12 years of construction experience, Luke began his career at the peak of the custom home serge of the early 2000′s. From an early age, he grew up learning the basics of the construction industry working for a close family friends company. In 2008, Luke transferred into heavy industrial and heavy highway construction and worked on large government projects such as power plants and bridges for 6 years.

Ready to be back in residential, Luke obtained his NC Building Contractor’s license, enabling him to construct projects on his own, both commercial and residential. Shortly thereafter, he founded King Farm Building Group, which allows him to use his unique design concepts as a builder. 

Cassie King, Founder

Cassie joined forces with Luke in Charlotte, NC to transform his already successful business into a full-service building company. With her unique perspective sourced from the branding sector of corporate America, Cassie brings her expert knowledge of business development, marketing and design.

In Charlotte, Cassie acquired her NC Real Estate License, further increasing opportunities for King Farm Building Group.  Having an expert in the Real Estate, marketing and design sector gives clients a full service approach to all their construction and design needs.
